Thanks for playing. Actually, if you think about it, it would be Loop^3 because there’s the loop of rotating around the palm tree, the loop of constantly climbing it, and the loop of the monkey dying and reviving over and over hahah <3
The game is truly enjoyable, and the vibe it exudes is unique! It's a bit confusing that obstacles and bananas randomly generate in new positions whenever you dodge, and existing ones change positions, but it's a game jam. There's huge potential!
OOOOH NONONO, I think you misunderstood it a bit, it’s not that they change position randomly, but rather that they rotate, like a 3D log with 4 faces. I’m not sure if you reached the upgrade system, but if you haven’t, I recommend replaying it if you already liked the aesthetics—I’m sure you’ll enjoy it much more. Still, thanks for playing <3
Yeah, you're right; I came back to this game a few hours later and figured it out. I finished the game after spending a lot of time playing it, and in my opinion, it is one of the best games at this GameJam! I definitely would like to play it again, and again... and again! Wish you luck! <3
I am not good at this game. lol. But its addicting. Like crazy taxi from back in the day. Great job. You really nailed what you were going for so there isn't much I can critique on. The only thing I am having trouble with is when the coconuts are on the side its hard to gauge where they are cuz when I think they have past and I switch sides, I hit them.
I really love this game, Ericcool09, keep going. I hope this Game can reach high places in the GMTK Game Jam 2025. Good Luck (And I hope the trailer helps ;) )
